As my experience in IT sector Package is matter for techie of universe, really ever one having dream of good package, they always try  to get new job 

Difficult phase of life

Every engineers having dream of job after completing engineering but now that time there  is no job for those engineers graduate they do all stuff in engineering life except study, me  also one of them engineer. when i enrolled in 2008 in my college at that time think that i would get job easily after completing my btech. but  i was wrong that time because i still job less after 3 month to go of my engineering completion. o i always cursed myself why did i not study in my engineering??? every engineer having their own problem , one blame to their college ,one blame to their parent, one blame to their college faculties........... but who is the real responsible for this problem ???? i also blame my college but not blame myself so for?? day by day the number of engineers increasing rapidally because there a lot of engineering college open day by day as mushroom grow  in rainy session without acknowledge any one. we can find out  how our youth are suffered from unemployment eassliy to go in any walk-in of company where you would find a lots of engineers comes for intervew. if there ll be 10 seat in company but u ll find about 500 engineers for that seat to much rush some time time company paspond their walk-in due to see too rush this is my practical experiences of walk-in within 3 month.
But there is hope one day must come when we are in good company.................................

yaaaaaaaaaaa hooooooooooooooo me be ENGINEER

After waiting of 4 yr that day  26 june came where me become  ENGINEER.
4 year ago me took admission in engineering college to be engineer.
i will never forget that moment where me and my friend sitting together in one bench,shairing all nonsense talk to each other that was really knowledgalable for us at that time but  now u think about those talk, that was really nonsense but there was a different essence in that word. but now know one with me to talk such lyk.

Is this feeling true for every soul in college??

all college are a  place where a lot of friends meet together and share their thought,funny joke etc with each other.All student of college are not waiting for  new syllabus book, all are waiting for damn beauty female lecturer in every semester, if there is not even a single female lecturer in semester,all student had gone in deep thinking like how our semester would be go well, how will we pass our lecture time, nothing to do in this semester??? Always talking with facalty in dual meaning at singled  time half class laughing while half of class is taking time to understanding what matter was? Every student have their ow n favorate sir or mam in each year.

every one should to live their life in own way, never follow to those who  forced you to do work.
live always gives oppourtunty several time . only one should have  to grap that oppourtunity for act.
